One-on-One Coaching Session (60 min)

A Coaching Session

For when you already know something has to change, and you're tired of thinking about it alone.

Sixty minutes, in person in Bend or by video.

I ask you better questions than the ones you've been asking yourself. Some sessions we talk the whole hour. Some we stop talking and breathe, because your body often has more to say than your reasoning does.

Then we turn it into something you can actually do on a Tuesday. What you do in the morning. What you do when it gets loud. What you do on the day you don't want to. Small enough that you'll keep it, and built out of your life rather than out of a program — because a change you make once is a mood, and a change you practice is a life.

I'm not a therapist and I won't pretend to be. I don't diagnose or treat anything, and if what you're carrying belongs in that room, I'll tell you so plainly. What I do is help you find the system that actually fits you, and build the daily practice that holds up the change you're already trying to make.

The decisions stay yours. You're the one who has to live inside them, and you know your life better than I ever will. My job is to get the noise down far enough that you can hear yourself think — and then to make sure you leave with a practice, not just a good conversation.

No curriculum. Attention, honesty, steady company — and something in your hands when you go.
