I hand you the flashlight, and I walk in with you.

Ezekiel Spallino | Certified Life Coach & Business Coach · Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator

You already have everything you need to heal. What's usually missing is a structure to practice inside of — and someone walking it with you.

What I believe

“Every human being has the inborn capacity to heal themselves — if they're empowered to dispel their ignorance through honest communication and self-exploration, achieved by actionable daily practices.” - Ezekiel

That's the whole thing. The capacity is already in you; Divinity didn't make anyone incomplete. What gets in the way isn't a lack of power. It's the old stories running in the background, and a nervous system that's been stuck on high for years without anyone telling it the danger passed.

Both respond to the same two things: honest looking, and daily practice.

It isn't complicated. It's just hard to remember. So I build structures that help people remember.

Who I am

I'm Ezekiel. I'm a father of two. I spent thirteen years building and running a company — from almost nothing, to a hundred-plus employees, through to closing its doors.

So I know exactly what it looks like to get everything you said you wanted.

At nineteen I walked my dogs every morning repeating the number I wanted to earn and the ranch I wanted to own. Ten years later I had the ranch and I was making the money. I was also an addict, I'd buried good friends, and I wanted to die.

None of that had anything to do with my revenue. You can't fix an inside problem with an outside solution.

What turned it around wasn't a breakthrough. It was a practice — and then the same practice again the next day, for long enough that the ground underneath me moved.

How I work

I'm a certified life coach and business coach, and a breathwork and meditation facilitator. Those look like different rooms. It's one job: build you a container you can actually keep, and then walk it with you. I don't heal anyone — the healing was always yours. I hand you the flashlight, and I go in there with you.

We get honest first. Name what's actually there before we affirm anything better. Weeding comes before watering.

We work with the body, not around it. Your breath is the fastest door into your own nervous system. Insight doesn't land in a system that's still bracing — so we settle it first, then we look.

We build something daily and unglamorous. Fifteen minutes. Four counts in, four counts out. Small practices, held over months, are how the ground moves. Built to your real life, not to an ideal version of you that doesn't exist.

Most people in this work have the inner track or the operating track. I've run both, hard, and I've paid for both. So whether we're talking about your payroll or your panic, you're not getting a platitude and you're not getting a spreadsheet. You're getting something you can stand on.

I'll tell you the true part, too: when you start shining light into places you've kept dark, they can get louder before they get quieter. That's usually the sign it's working. It's also why nobody should do this alone.

An invitation

If you're carrying something you haven't looked at — or you got everything you said you wanted and it didn't do what you thought it would — you're in the right place.

You're not broken and you're not behind. You've got some filters that need cleaning, same as the rest of us.

You already have the capacity. Let's build the practice.

All shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.
