For when something is stuck and talking hasn't moved it — grief that won't come out, anger you keep swallowing, a tightness in your chest that has outlasted every explanation for it.
Seventy-five minutes, in person in Bend or by video.
You lie down. I guide your breath into a particular rhythm and hold the space while your system does what it already knows how to do. Afterward we sit together and let it settle — that part matters as much as the breathing.
The rhythms come from traditional pranayama, from some of the newer work, from Wim Hof, and from a handful of other methods. I choose them for what they do to your central nervous system, not for where they came from. Some settle you down. Some move things loose. They aren't interchangeable, so part of the session is finding out which ones your system actually answers to.
Because the session isn't the point. The practice is. You leave with breathwork you can do at home without me — which rhythm for which state, how long to stay with it, and how to tell the difference between the work getting hard and the work being wrong. Your nervous system is the one part of your biology you can reach directly, on purpose, any time you want. My job is to put the controls in your hands.
One note before you book: I'll ask you a few health questions first. This practice is powerful, and it isn't right for every body.
